If we see something that needs attention, we’re on it. Additionally, we offer Free, one room carpet cleaning per month at no charge. You can always add extra, or all carpeted rooms during this service. We also utilize high efficiency air purifiers when we are cleaning. We want to rid the air of allergens and pollutants, so your home will always be a “breath of fresh air” Why do we give more than any other? We just love clean homes better.

Complete, thorough dusting of each room, Safely cleaning all electronic devices, cleaning glass/mirrored surfaces, vacuum all floor surfaces, including under-and-around, Complete bathroom clean and disinfect with hand-washed floors, and tubs-shower (including enclosures) spotless. Full kitchen clean and disinfect. Trash removal, rogue dishes cleaned, basic organization as we go along (shoes etc.). This is not comprehensive. Our list of “to do” in a home cleaning is quite long. Yes. We will notify you who will be cleaning your home. Also, you will receive an email or text message (whichever you select) of photos, and the vehicle they will be driving. All staff at NEAT Orlando! are wearing a NEAT! ID card with their photo affixed. This is visible at all times.

We rigorously screen all of our professional staff. All cleaners are vetted,  and undergo a background check.

We use our own branded NEAT! cleaning liquid. One for kitchen, one for bathroom, one for glass, and one for floors. They are safe, chemical free, and made with whole-natural cleaning ingredients. They are also perfume-free, and we’ve engineered the Bathroom cleaner for a light scent of “mint” and kitchen of “cucumber-fresh”
